About Jason
Jason David Epp is a 4th generation State Certified General Building Contractor & State Certified Home and Property Inspector, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and a keen family man. He is a seasoned, broadly skilled Carpenter and Artisan, with years of intensive, hands-on involvement in all facets of New Home Construction and Residential Repairs and Remodeling projects. Such experience is the essential, indeed the invaluable asset of the Home Inspection Professional, and for which there is no substitute. Since relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 1984, he has acquired an extensive contact reference and trade referral network that is readily shared upon request. A Renaissance and Reconnaissance Man, Jason is an eclectic, deeply contemplative individual, with an acute interest in the ways of Taoist and Zen awareness, an Aikido practitioner, a lifelong reader and freelance writer immersed in Classic World Literature. He is also a competent Spanish Language Communicator. Thorough, honest and no stranger to challenge, many have come to appreciate Jason’s patient endurance and his affinity for thoughtful innovation. He has long been an adept practitioner of the Marine Corps credo, ‘Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.’ Jason's Helper and valuable companion on most Inspections, Gloria, is also his smiling and capable wife of many years.
